Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, trash and overall presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
