Job summary

RaceTrac in the United States is seeking a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and welcoming while delivering an exceptional guest experience. We offer part-time flexibility or a full-time career path with hands-on training.

You’ll work at the register or self-checkout, restock shelves, and maintain food and beverage areas, all while upholding safety standards and a team-oriented culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, prep areas, and adhere to safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and price updates as promotions change.
• Greets guests and suggests products to enhance purchases; resolve concerns when needed.
