Job summary

Domino's in Millville, Delaware is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between the store and our guests. You will answer phones, enter orders through the POS, greet customers, and assist with pizza preparation in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will upsell items, handle cash, restock, and maintain a clean store while delivering positive customer experiences. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Entering orders through POS system
• Upsell additional food items to enhance sales opportunities

• Make orders for customers up to and including pizza stretching and oven tending
• Restocking and moving boxes (up to 25lbs)
• General daily cleaning
• Maintain positive customer interactions
• Maintain urgency at all times
