RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Kentucky to deliver an exceptional guest experience and keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Flexible scheduling allows for part-time or full-time roles, with opportunities for promotion from within.

You will work on the front lines, help guests with purchases, restock shelves, and maintain safety and cleanliness across all areas of the store. This position emphasizes teamwork and guest-first service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• May be required to obtain/maintain food handler or alcohol server permits per state/local rules.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked and fresh; ensure quality and availability.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers and displays as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized inside and out.
• Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
