Job summary

RaceTrac in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while keeping the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. This role offers either part-time flexibility or potential full-time opportunities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You’ll handle friendly checkout, suggest products, address guest concerns, and help maintain shelves and inventory. A HS diploma or GED is required, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.
