Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Wamiliarity with basic computer/register operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customers and makes change
• M akes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
• Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
• Delivers an exceptional customer and store experience
• Must be able to pass a sandwich test at the end of the first 2 weeks of employment and at future testing times
• Maintains professional appearance and store operations
• Fosters teamwork and a positive attitude
