This role is outdoors and fast-paced, with training provided. Must be available weekends, holidays, and evenings; either full-time or part-time. Starting pay is $15/hour plus commission opportunities, with potential for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather.
• Willingness to engage customers and make product recommendations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.

Customer Service Associate

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression

• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and appearance
• Perform routine site tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning equipment, folding towels, and general upkeep
• Assist with light maintenance and report equipment issues
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to remain professional and positive in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs during a shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic comfort with technology such as POS systems and tablets

This is not a stationary or indoor role. Team members rotate between customer-facing and operational tasks throughout each shift.
