Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Associate to be the friendly face of the store, greeting customers and serving their needs with speed and care.

You will help with food preparation, including breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station tidy and organized. You’ll also operate the register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and more.
