RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to be at the heart of the guest experience, keeping our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will deliver friendly service at the register or self-checkout, suggest items to guests, address concerns promptly, and help with stocking and inventory management while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking in store areas and on shelves.
• Support inventory management and routine restocking.
