Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and guide them through promotions and loyalty programs while using handheld scanners and POS systems.

This role requires a friendly, fast-paced service mindset, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover app features, checkout, and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.

• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up features.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Provide accurate checkout operations and support cash handling.
