Salt & Straw is hiring Shift Coordinators to support daily shop operations and guest experiences. You’ll coach team members, coordinate tasks, and assist in handling the register, inventory, and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in food service or retail, enjoy coaching others, and thrive in team environments. Evening/weekend availability and a high school diploma are preferred; benefits include vision coverage, paid parental leave, and a 30% team discount.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to coach and support teammates in real time.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily shop operations to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Guide team members through shifts and manage task assignments and breaks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns thoughtfully.
• Support with opening/closing tasks, inventory, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Assist with food safety and product quality, upholding standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and provide real-time feedback.
