Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive service and deliver a memorable AUS-SOME dining experience. You will know the menu well, suggest items, and ensure orders are accurate while supporting a smooth operation across the dining room.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to walk, stand or bend for long periods.
• Extensive knowledge of food and drink menu; ability to recommend and upsell.
• California positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations with friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
• Know the menu in detail and suggest items to guests.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments; verify orders for accuracy.
• Buss tables, deliver food and drinks, and support the team to WOW customers.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
