Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Irvine, CA is hiring a Server/Waiter/Waitress to provide attentive, friendly service at the table side. You will present menus, answer questions about dishes, handle beverage orders, and coordinate with churrasqueiros and cashiers to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

The role offers full-time opportunities with a fixed hourly rate of $16.90 plus tips, eligibility for medical, dental and vision coverage, and life insurance and disability benefits after the introductory

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding items.
• Answer questions regarding preparation methods and table side serving concept.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate to the Churrasqueiros any special requests for meats.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other Servers in their areas when appropriate.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
