Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and greet them warmly.
• Pull chairs, lay napkins, and present menus.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders; relay special requests to servers.
• Coordinate with churrasqueiros for meat service and timing.
• Process orders with cashiers and assist other servers as needed.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties.
