Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Server for The Blake at Flowood to provide gracious hospitality to residents and guests. You will assist in the bar and coffee shop, guide guests through menus, and ensure clean, welcoming dining areas.

Requirements include a caring heart, a high school diploma or GED, and hospitality experience. BarCard and ServSafe where applicable, plus POS knowledge, are preferred. Flexible shifts including holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification if required by state.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if state allows.
• Willingness to work with elderly residents and meet hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality.
• Assist in bar and coffee shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with knowledge of offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and health standards in dining areas.
• Take orders and coordinate with team to deliver meals promptly.
• Set and reset tables according to standards.
• Assist with meal prep and stock levels as needed.
• Help with events and activities as required.
