Job summary

Invited in Wake Forest, NC is seeking an Outside Server to deliver exemplary food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s high service standards. The role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, working closely with teammates to ensure a seamless dining experience.

The position supports dining operations as needed, maintains knowledge of the menu and daily specials, and collaborates with management to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as per state/city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B service training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, ensuring timely order execution.
• Know the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Support teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, keeping areas organized and stocked.
• Follow club cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
