Job summary

R365hire pub seeks a server to assist guests from entry to departure with a friendly, professional demeanor. Greet and seat guests when needed, help with menu guidance, and assist coworkers to ensure smooth service using mobile POS.

Responsibilities include stocking stations, keeping areas clean, and processing payments on handheld devices, while complying with alcohol laws. Lift up to 50 pounds and work multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have proper legal identification.
• Must possess alcohol awareness certification.
• Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and climbs stairs.
• Lifts or carries service trays up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Able to operate point-of-sale system.
• Walk, stand, and move briskly during entire shift.
• Reading and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy.
• Attentive to menu details and accurate service.
• Set tables and prepare the pub before opening.
• Meet and seat guests when the host is not on duty.
• Assist guests with ordering from the POS on their phone.
• Serve and clear items; assist with payments on handheld devices.
• Clear tables, disinfect, and reset for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized dining area at all times.
• Adhere to state/local laws and pub policies on alcohol.
