Lettuce Entertain You is hiring servers to join our team in a busy Chicago dining environment. You will deliver friendly guest service, knowledge of menu and wine, and work as part of a collaborative team to exceed guests’ expectations.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication; wine knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly guest service to a 3-6 table section.
• Record orders, process payments, balance sales per policy.
• Work weekends and varied shifts.
• Transport food to tables safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Follow steps of service and respond to guest needs.
