Stars and Strikes is seeking an energetic Server in Dallas to join our family entertainment team. You will provide friendly guest service, take and deliver orders, and process payments while ensuring responsible alcoholic beverage service where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a pour permit.
• 1 year serving experience preferred.
• Must meet the required age for your state.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Welcoming and guest service driven

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly
