Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server to provide exceptional service to guests. In this role, you will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean work environment. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of related experience and exceptional interpersonal skills. The position offers free bowling, arcade play, and discounts on food and events in a vibrant entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn and relay menu, promotions, and specials.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize the work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
