• Rings up orders on the P.O.S. quickly and accurately using proper abbreviations and charges.
• Maintains station cleanliness and restocks as needed, including napkins and cutlery.
• Adheres to alcohol policies and sanitation procedures; handles intoxicated guests appropriately.
• Ensures accurate cash handling and timely closing of checks with the manager.
