Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or casual dining.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and solution-oriented.
- Flexible availability to meet restaurant and cinema scheduling needs.
- Food handler & TABC certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, personality, and efficiency
- Stay current on menu offerings, daily specials, and updates
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and care
- Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Refill drinks, clear tables, and respond promptly to guest needs
- Assist in special events and promotional activities
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
