Job summary

UNO is seeking a friendly server to greet guests and deliver warm hospitality while taking and serving food and beverage orders with accuracy. You will upsell menu items and help guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver warm, friendly hospitality.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu knowledge and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain cash and process payments responsibly.
• Clear and reset tables; keep dining areas clean and welcoming.
