Job summary

Chili's is hiring a friendly Server in Texas to deliver hospitality with every guest interaction. You will learn the menu, explain offerings, and perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth shifts.

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, 18+ years old, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and able to provide a customized guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests.

• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
