Beef 'O' Brady's Corporate Stores in Land O Lakes, FL is hiring a Server to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

You will greet guests, take orders, and serve menu items with attention to quality and service standards. Candidates should be friendly and upbeat, able to balance multiple items, operate the POS, and maintain a clean, organized station while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
