Job summary

Workstream in Temple, Texas is seeking an energetic restaurant server to deliver friendly, attentive service to guests. You will multitask beverage and food orders, upsell when appropriate, and help guests feel welcome from greeting to checkout.

The ideal candidate collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams, handles cash and card transactions, and maintains a pristine dining area by clearing tables and resetting promptly. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a serving role is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and card transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and assist with menu recommendations.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, carry trays as needed.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff clearly.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments promptly.
• Maintain table and dining area cleanliness and appearance.
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service and upsell when appropriate.
