Job summary

Barrel House in Frisco, Texas is seeking a Server responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. In this crucial restaurant role, you will welcome guests, take their orders, check on satisfaction, and manage payment processing through the POS system. Ideal candidates will be friendly, able to multitask under pressure, and possess the ability to lift and operate POS equipment. Applicants must be over 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Efficiently operate a Point Of Sale (POS) system, including a Kitchen Display System (KDS).
• Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old to be a server.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take their beverage and food orders.
• Conduct satisfaction checks and act as a liaison between the kitchen and customers.
• Process payments and manage the cash box.
