Chili's, a casual dining favorite, is hiring a Server in Indianapolis for flexible part-time or full-time shifts. You will deliver hospitable service, guide Guests through the menu, and help with opening and closing duties while collaborating with teammates to ensure satisfaction.

We value a great attitude, quick thinking in a busy setting, and a willingness to provide a customized experience for every Guest. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to provide customized service and explain menu offerings.
• Willingness to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
