Job summary

Chili's is hiring friendly Servers to deliver hospitable and customized service to every Guest. You will learn the menu to explain offerings, assist with opening and closing duties, and work with teammates to ensure Guest satisfaction. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn menu and explain offerings to Guests.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
