Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Adherence to Standards: understand product specs, ensure receipts match party size, and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Cleanliness: maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tables and dining areas are clean between guests.
• Customer Satisfaction: monitor guests and address needs, handling complaints professionally when necessary.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: work with the team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations.
• Additional duties: assist with bussing tables, restocking, and communicating guest requests to kitchen staff.
