• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Conflict management and emotional intelligence to resolve guest issues.
• Ensure proper alcohol service (RAS) procedures per laws and policy.
• Work with the team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
