Calabrese & Winkler Holdings is seeking an experienced Server to join the team in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, presenting menus, assisting with selections, and ensuring smooth service from greeting to payment.

The ideal candidate will have strong cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge, excellent listening skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server.
• Memorize all menu items and ingredients, as well as daily/weekly specials.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Relevant training certifications (TABC and Food Handlers).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance/seating.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Take orders from customers and collect payment.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and side work.
• Running food and bussing tables when necessary.
• Follow all steps of service.
• Any other duties deemed necessary to the position.
