Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a Server Assistant to provide outstanding guest service in a high-energy dining environment at our Georgia location. You will support servers, manage order accuracy, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant floor.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools (pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc.).
• Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.
• Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.
• Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
