Job summary

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to accurately take food and beverage orders, check in with guests during meals, and address questions and concerns with professional, attentive service.

Responsibilities include maintaining menu knowledge, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth dining experience while supporting the team in a fast-paced resort setting. Hospitalities experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Check on guests throughout the meal for satisfaction.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Address guest complaints and involve a manager when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and team performance.
