Job summary

Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Part-Time Host to warmly greet guests, manage wait times, and guide guests to their tables. You will assist with phone orders, take and ring in orders, package To Go items, and process payments while supporting teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.

Role includes light housekeeping and restroom upkeep, with an emphasis on great guest relations and a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival or over the phone.
• Inform guests of wait time, enter guest names into the computer system, and show guests to their table.
• Take and ring in orders, package To Go food and beverages, and process payments.
• Assist guests in menu selections over the phone.
• Assist fellow team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain clean restrooms.
