Job summary

Subway in Pittsfield, Maine, is seeking a Team Member to assist guests with meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish in a fast-paced restaurant.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. You will learn food safety, POS operation, and teamwork while contributing to a clean, welcoming dining environment. Scholarships and university credit opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Some high school or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Working with Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish.
• Upholding food safety standards as you prepare and serve fresh food daily.
• Working with your teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our Guests.
• Operate the Point of Sale system/Cash register.
