Job summary

Miniso Temecula is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them to products and store promotions. You will promote the membership program, handle transactions at the point of sale, and maintain appealing displays to support daily sales performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs with product knowledge.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Perform inventory tasks including restocking and organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to recommend merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Have a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
