Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, build relationships, and provide consultative product knowledge in a high-energy showroom. You’ll help customers realize home design ideas while delivering friendly, world-class service in a fun, team-driven environment.

The role offers an hourly base with commission opportunities and a benefits package, including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom and lift up to 50 lbs.
