Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency; prioritize assisting customers.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing appropriate service.
• Communicate value and quality of merchandise; share promotions and offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cash wrap; educate customers on the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels; ensure sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow presentation, signage, and display standards.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized; maintain a customer-ready environment and safety compliance.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Protect company assets; follow Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform leadership of maintenance needs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Contribute to store goals with focused efforts; maintain flexibility to process stock.
