Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for its Retail Operations team. The role centers on providing a positive guest experience by accurately processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining clean, organized sales floors.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, customer service, merchandising, stock transfers, and adhering to uniform standards. The position requires flexibility in hours and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store and operate necessary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Provide Guest Service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Clean shelves, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
• Resolve guest complaints or call supervisor to get assistance.
• Run end of shift procedures.
• Offer guests To Go food products.
• Properly stock and fill all retail and To Go shelves.
• Maintains Uniform Standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
