Job summary

Wet Willie's in Valley Grove, West Virginia, seeks a dedicated server to provide excellent customer service through food and beverage delivery. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of serving experience, and a valid Food Worker Card. Responsibilities include taking orders, managing delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery, and clearing.
• Check station for proper set-up and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Greet guests, explain specials and restaurant promotions.
• Input orders into the Point of Sale computer.
• Retrieve and deliver orders, confirming accuracy.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by state, federal regulations and liquor policies.

Job description

• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements
