Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming public spaces and assist guests as needed. The role involves cleaning lobby areas, restrooms, and corridors, and supporting room attendants with item delivery and restocking.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with directions, recommendations, and questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby restrooms including mopping, dusting, replenishing supplies, and soap.
• Collect and dispose of hotel garbage and recycling according to policy.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, and other items to guest rooms as needed.
• Vacuum and maintain cleanliness in public areas throughout shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
