Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking a personable houseperson to assist guests by maintaining clean public areas and supporting hotel operations. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a guest-first mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will perform a range of tasks from cleaning hallways and lobbies to delivering amenities to guest rooms and assisting housekeeping managers with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a houseperson or housekeeping role is preferred.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep hotel public areas clean, such as hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies.
• Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and other guest requests.
• Complete any special projects as directed by housekeeping managers.
