Job summary

Subway Team Members (Sandwich Artist) provide an excellent Guest experience, prepare and serve fresh food, and keep the restaurant clean while working as part of a team. Training on roles will be provided; multiple shifts (day/evening/weekend) vary by location.

No prior experience is required, and education is listed as some high school or equivalent. Compensation discussions are location-dependent and training is provided to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some high school or equivalent education required.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and stand/walk the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience from start to finish.
• Prepare and serve fresh food daily while maintaining safety standards.
• Keep all restaurant areas clean and presentable.
• Work closely with teammates to create a positive atmosphere for Guests.
