Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, run the POS, manage cash and inventory, and keep the store clean and stocked. Responsibility includes vendor coordination, safety compliance, and assisting with onboarding of new hires.

The role requires flexibility across day, night, weekends and holidays. Expect to work in variable temperatures, outdoors or in cooler areas, with the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, outside or in cooler areas.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenishment tasks.
• Communicate guest requests to store management and check in vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform duties in a timely manner and ensure access to all store areas.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires.
