Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest experience and greets guests as you complete tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs and answer questions about products and promotions.
• Explain benefits of loyalty programs and help guests sign up when needed.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Target App features like Wallet and order options.
• Scan items efficiently and handle transactions with accuracy and care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming checkout area during shifts.
• Assist with drive-up and pickup services and direct guests accordingly.
• Support store operations and adapt to varying guest needs throughout the day.
