Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is hiring a Part-time Porter to help keep our center clean, guest-ready and running smoothly. You’ll assist servers and runners with event setup and respond quickly to issues like pin jams and ball returns, ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for guests.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a strong guest-service mindset. Must be 18+ with the ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift objects with assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven success in school or previous job experience.
• Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
• Solid communication skills and commitment to great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the center clean and guest-ready inside and out.
• Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays.
• Identify and fix issues such as pin jams and ball return problems.
• Perform minor building maintenance as needed.
