Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve issues during shifts.
• Monitor inventory and equipment, ensure proper handling.
• Enforce cash handling policies and payment integrity.
• Train and support hourly team members and coaches.
• Maintain logs and coordinate with stand leads.
