Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Customer Ambassador for the Viera Hospital in Melbourne, FL. This full-time role includes greeting guests, supporting marketing and wellness programs, and delivering hospitality-driven service.

The position requires prior customer service and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work hours are Monday–Friday with rotating weekends/holidays; pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and computer skills experience required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and ensures a high level of hospitality.
• Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests; shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and explains them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by communicating and assisting in buying decisions.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
