Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a front-of-house supervisor to manage restaurant operations across specified outlets during assigned shifts. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts.
• Support supervision of other food & beverage outlets as needed.
• Open/close shifts; ensure outlets are ready and assets are secure.
• Monitor guest service and satisfaction; address guest concerns.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; inspect outlets daily.
• Attend meetings and perform follow-up tasks as needed.
